Наконец-то! Но на скриншоте как-то угребищно и тяжеловесно (с канцеляритами) переведено, хотя бы «настройки» вместо «параметров» были бы.

Uwe, we use an internal tool to localize Paint.NET; it’s also grid-based, but more complex than your project (e.g. with a bunch of columns, including one to get Rick’s comments so translators can get more context, integration of spell checkers, translation checks, etc…).
